Worldfold is a free, private worldbuilding tool for writers, worldbuilders, and game masters of any game. Your creativity, with fewer rough edges: it helps you organize your ideas without making AI calls or creating in your place.

Getting started

Download and unzip Worldfold.zip. Open Worldfold.html in desktop Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Choose “Try the demo first” to explore The Saltglass Reach, or pick a new, empty folder for your own world and allow the browser to save files there.

Works offline. Your world stays on your computer. Back up the entire world folder. Firefox, Safari, and phones are not supported by this release.
